I will discreetly manage every element to ensure your meticulously planned day flows seamlessly and I will be that reassuring point of contact for everyone, making sure that you can focus on enjoying every magical moment. I will be the calm, guiding presence that ensures your wedding is nothing short of perfect and from the moment I step in, you can fully relax and enjoy the beautiful day that you have worked so hard to plan.The

 

Day Prior: On the day before your wedding, I will be on site at your venue to meet you and fully support you with the set up. We can run through your plans and I can take over these so that you can enjoy the day getting ready and spending time with your family and friends who will no doubt be arriving. I can guide you and the wedding party through a rehearsal for a ceremony, help with any set up and styling and will meet any suppliers that may be setting up to oversee things. I will ensure that when the big day arrives, everything is ready to run like clockwork and you can relax knowing your plans are in expert hands.

 

On the Day: I will discreetly manage every element to ensure your day flows seamlessly and will be the reassuring point of contact, not only for you, but also your family and friends. I will make sure everything runs smoothly, so that you can focus on enjoying every magical moment. With my eyes and ears everywhere, I will be the calm, guiding presence that ensures your wedding is nothing short of perfect.

 

My duties on the day can include, but are not limited to;

Venue and Supplier Coordination: Welcoming suppliers, checking any deliveries, ensuring the venue is set to your exact specifications, from table settings and ceremony spaces to last-minute styling touches.

Ceremony Management: Meeting with your registrar, celebrant or officiants. Ensuring the music is ready and guiding the bridal party so everyone knows exactly where to be and when. From buttonholes to bouquets and confetti, I’ll make sure every detail is perfect.

Guest Guidance: Acting as the main point of contact for your guests, answering questions, directing them as needed and making sure they know they can come to me for any assistance needed.

Timelines & Troubleshooting: Monitoring the day’s schedule to ensure everything runs on time, proactively managing any potential delays or challenges so you don’t have to worry about a thing.

Food & Drink: Coordinating the timely delivery of drinks and food throughout the day, ensuring your timeline is followed to perfection. Includes managing any of my service team that you may have hired in for table food and drink service.

Turnarounds & Set-Up: Managing any venue layout changes, indoor or outdoor area transformations, so everything transitions smoothly. (alongside wedding team where required)I will remain by your side usually until early evening (usually around 8pm) to ensure the daytime celebrations are flawless and the evening plans are fully in place.

 

If you would like me to stay on for the evening (up to 1am) to oversee and direct clear down, ensuring everything is packed away for you at the end of the night to help make the next day not a flurry of cleaning and tidying to do, then this can be arranged (see investments below - additional evening package add on)

If you’d like extra support in the lead-up to your big day, this optional package is perfect for you, available either as an add on to my On the Day Coordination service or as a stand alone service.The final month is a flurry of administration and paperwork, payments, reconfirmations and communication and I can help take the pressure of you at this stage. Beginning one month before your wedding, I’ll step in to help you finalise all those last minute details and ensure everything is perfectly organised, leaving you free to relax and enjoy the countdown to your special day. With this additional support, you’ll have peace of mind knowing that nothing has been overlooked. I’ll be there to guide you through the final preparations and ensure every aspect of your wedding is perfectly aligned with your vision, so you can enjoy the anticipation of your big day without the stress.
